What you will do:

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end‑to‑end management of home insurance claims. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Opening claims files received from insurance companies.
  • Handling inbound calls from insurers and policyholders, providing updates and coordinating the repair processes related to assigned claims.
  • Managing shared email inboxes and responding to incoming requests.
  • Updating and maintaining information in our internal systems, including Sinapps and SysteMA.
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

 

What you will bring:

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong problem‑solving abilities. The key requirements are:

  • French: Native or bilingual proficiency
  • Completed 12th year of schooling
  • Good computer literacy
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

 

Working hours : 

Portuguese time: 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m or 9 a.m  to 5 p.m - Monday to Friday
