Role Overview

Lead the operational delivery, governance and continuous improvement of the Allianz Group Corporate Rule Book (CRBK) Platform. Act as the key interface between Legal Functions, Operating Entities, technology partners, and external vendors to ensure successful platform adoption, content governance and lifecycle management of corporate rules.

 

What you do

  • Lead day-to-day platform operations including administration, access management, configuration, incident coordination, and vendor interactions to ensure stable and efficient service delivery.
  • Drive onboarding of new Operating Entities onto the platform, coordinating migration of corporate rules, managing implementation activities, and delivering training to ensure stakeholder readiness and strong adoption.
  • Oversee the corporate rule content lifecycle — supporting rule authoring, review, approval, publishing, and maintenance — while ensuring adherence to governance standards, content quality, and glossary/deviation management processes.
  • Act as the operational interface between legal functions, technology providers, and the platform vendor, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Champion AI-enabled platform capabilities and continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, monitoring platform KPIs and user feedback, and driving process optimization across the service.

 

What you bring 

  • Proven experience in enterprise platform operations and service management, including incident management, vendor coordination, and operational excellence.
  • Track record of leading onboarding, migration, or transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across legal, business, and technology functions, with the ability to navigate cross-functional dependencies.
  • Vendor and third-party management experience, including coordination with technology providers and platform vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with content management and information governance platforms, document lifecycle management, and platform administration (experience with Corlytics, Archer, OneTrust, or similar platforms is a plus).
  • Technical proficiency in content ingestion, content structuring, troubleshooting, and operational support.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted knowledge management solutions and AI-enabled workplace tools.
  • Background in Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk, or Regulatory environments is preferred.
