Role overview
Group Privacy‘s mission is to develop the Allianz Groups privacy strategy framework to allow our businesses to increase customers, employees and third parties trust in handling of their data. We support the ethical usage of AI in Allianz and the implementation of upcoming data regulations to promote sustainable business growth. You will join the Privacy & AI Trust Monitoring Team Germany and help monitor and assure data privacy and AI Trust compliance for Allianz Group and Allianz SE.
What you do:
- Conduct Privacy Monitoring Reviews (remote and onsite) for Operating Entities, Third Parties, and AI assessments to ensure compliance with data protection contracts, regulatory privacy standards, and ethical AI requirements
- Support remotely document reviews for Third Party assessments
- Maintain and orchestrate “Workplace Excellence Program”
- Analyze findings in IBM Open Pages (ORGS) & Quality check
- Maintain data privacy issue trend analysis
- Document findings in IBM Open Pages (ORGS)
- Support Privacy Risk Management with regular control testing activities
What you bring:
- 5+ years professional work experience in a relevant function, e.g. Consulting, Data Privacy / Audit / Compliance / Legal / Risk
- Strong academic track record with relevant studies e.g. in Law or Business Administration with a law specialization
- Solid understanding and expertise with complex regulatory framework/requirements in terms of Data Protection (GDPR) and AI (EU AI Act)
- Excellent knowledge about Internal Control Systems
- Monitoring and assessment capabilities, enhanced knowledge on AI, AI Productivity tools
- Fluency in English; German (optional)
- Very sharp analytic and conceptual skills, as well as high level of reliability and commitment
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to travel (mainly Germany & Europe)
- Knowledge in OneTrust, ORGS, ServiceNow is a plus
