If so, our Executive Assistant Internship might be the perfect fit for you!
The aim of this six-month IEFP internship is to provide you with first-hand experience in executive support and office management, giving you skills and insights that will be valuable for your future career (and perhaps even with us!).
What you’ll be doing during your internship
As an Executive Assistant Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Executive Support – assist in managing the agenda of Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Meeting Preparation & Follow-up – help organize internal and external meetings, draft meeting minutes, and follow up on action points.

Travel & Logistics – support the planning of business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as handling expense reports.

Communication & Correspondence – draft, proofread, and manage communications (emails, presentations, reports) to ensure clarity and professionalism.

Office & Facilities Coordination – contribute to office organization and liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure an efficient working environment.

Project & Event Support – get involved in transversal initiatives, from team events to cross-functional projects, supporting coordination and execution.
What we’re looking for

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
