Role overview

This role is responsible for the coordination of steering activities for the internal insurance management platform, ensuring the effective handling of internal insurance management (own insurance management).
The IT Platform Coordinator ensures end-to-end coordination, transparency and timely execution of all platform related activities, including the implementation and execution of the internal insurance management platform strategy and target picture.
Additionally, the role ensures clear communication and translation of the strategy into actionable guidance for technical stakeholders, including Tech Leads and the internal technology provider in India (remote collaboration).

What you do:

• Coordinate internal insurance management platform strategy and target picture activities, ensuring alignment between strategic direction and operational delivery
• Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies; escalate delays, gaps, and inconsistencies
• Maintain transparency via structured reporting and coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, and governance
• Oversee combined workstreams including: platform operations & lifecycle, data quality & reporting, IT coordination & backlog, Salesforce data documentation, and governance & compliance (ASIOR)

What you bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT platform management, IT architecture, or a Product Owner role
• Experience in coordination of multiple stakeholders and international (project) collaboration
• Basic foundation of insurance management preferred
• Accuracy in deliverables, high level of self-organization, and autonomous working style
• Solid English level, both in written and verbal communication
