Join us in shaping the future of mobility at Allianz. As part of our Global Fleet Management team, you will drive transformation, digital innovation and business development initiatives with global impact. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, work with international stakeholders, and help build the next generation of sustainable and data driven mobility solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow beyond a traditional functional role and contribute to strategic initiatives with global visibility. Working directly with the Global Head of Fleet Management & Chauffeur Services, you will help shape the future of mobility at Allianz while expanding your experience across business development, digital transformation, AI, sustainability and international stakeholder management.
What you do:
- Drive strategic transformation, innovation and business development initiatives across Allianz entities worldwide.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop business cases that create measurable value.
- Design scalable operating models, global standards and best practices to support the continued growth and globalization of Fleet Services.
- Simplify, optimize, and digitalize fleet and mobility processes to improve efficiency, transparency and user experience.
- Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to modernize operations and support data driven decision-making.
- Drive the digitalization of Fleet Environmental Reporting, emissions tracking, ESG reporting, and sustainability data management processes.
- Support the evolution of Allianz’s Global Mobility Policy through innovative digital services, self-service capabilities, and future-oriented mobility solutions.
- Drive strategic sourcing, supplier optimization, and partnership initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to harmonize processes, increase automation, and establish global standards across Allianz Fleet Services.
What you bring:
- Experience in Business Development, Strategy, Management Consulting, Transformation, Process Excellence, Procurement, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a structured and pragmatic mindset.
- Experience in developing business cases, managing projects, and driving change initiatives.
- A genuine interest in digitalization, innovation, Artificial Intelligence and future mobility solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
- The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and stakeholder groups.
- A passion for continuous improvement and creating sustainable business value.
- Excellent command of English (business fluent), both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Fleet Management, Mobility Services, Procurement or Supplier Management.
- Exposure sustainability, ESG, electrification, or environmental reporting topics.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting automation, Power BI, or business intelligence solutions.
- Knowledge of mobility policy management, digital service platforms, or employee mobility solutions.
