Role overview
Allianz Global Insurance Management (part of Allianz SE in Munich) ensures the international insurance management of risks across Allianz entities worldwide. The Global Insurance Management (GIM) function plans to introduce a role for the coordination of insurance management activities between GIM and the (Local) Own Insurance Management (LOIM) functions of two larger Allianz entities. This includes among others the annual renewal process, data consolidation, acting as the single point of contact to coordinate activities between both OEs and GIM.
What you do:
- Coordinate all activities for Own Insurance Management between Global Insurance Management at Allianz SE Munich and Local Own Insurance Management in two major Allianz OEs with branches in multiple countries
- Coordinate the annual renewal of policies for the two entities in scope
- Collect the information in collaborations with LOIMs within the entities from different functions and locations / branches
- Consolidate data input from LOIMs across both Allianz entities in order to ensure holistic coverage of risks for assets (e.g. buildings)
- Act as central point of contact between both entities’ LOIMs and GIM function
- Ensure data is registered correctly in the OIM platform (e.g. declaration of risks, notification of claims, changes of risk exposure, event insurance application)
- Prepare input and review annual GIM report for entities in scope
- Identify improvement opportunities along the workflow process
- Contribute to conceptual enhancements and conduct project management coordination between GIM and entities
- Actively contribute to the process, conceptual development and quality assurance
What you bring:
- 5+ years professional experience as in risk management, insurance management or project management
- Experience in coordination of multiple stakeholders and international (project) collaboration
- Basic foundation of insurance management
- Accuracy in deliverables, high level of self-organization and autonomous working
- Taking ownership of role and activities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Self-motivated and customer-centric working style
- Ability to work under pressure and to challenge input
