Human Resources Internship (6 months)
Are you passionate about gaining hands-on experience in key HR activities across a wide range of business areas?
If so, our Human Resources Internship might be right up your street!
The aim of this six-month internship is to give you a taste of what it’s like to work in HR within an international environment, along with valuable skills and experiences that you’ll take into your future career (who knows, maybe with us!).
What you’ll be doing during your internship
As an HR Intern, you’ll have the chance to contribute to different areas of People & Culture, including:

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support – Get hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing employment documents, and supporting payroll inputs.

Talent Acquisition – Take part in end-to-end recruitment activities: drafting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and interacting directly with candidates to ensure a great candidate experience.

Learning & Development – Support the organization and logistics of training sessions, help with tracking attendance and feedback, and contribute to internal communications around learning initiatives.

Onboarding & Employee Experience – Assist with onboarding processes for new joiners, making sure they feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.

HR Projects & Initiatives – Gain exposure to transversal HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, HR communications, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Data & Reporting – Learn how HR uses data by supporting the preparation of reports and presentations for managemen
What we’re looking for:

University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
