We are looking for a Program & Agile Management Office Specialist (CUO Office), based in Munich or London.
Your Team:
Our team is committed to enabling effective, transparent, and agile delivery of global underwriting and product transformation initiatives. Positioned within the CUO Office, we act as a central coordination hub, bringing together governance, delivery orchestration, and stakeholder alignment across regions and functions. The team works closely with senior leadership to ensure initiatives are executed consistently, with strong controls, clear communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.
The Impact You Will Have:
Reporting to the Global Head of Underwriting Transformation, you will join the CUO Office to play a key role in strengthening project and agile governance across global initiatives. You will help ensure that transformation programs are delivered with rigor, transparency, and consistency by supporting governance frameworks, coordinating execution activities, and enabling effective collaboration across regions, functions, and vendors.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of project and agile governance frameworks (waterfall and agile).
- Tracking portfolio health, dependencies, risks, and RAG status across global initiatives.
- Coordinating day‑to‑day activities for PMO FTCs and third‑party vendors under guidance from senior leadership.
- Facilitating onboarding, quality control, and documentation standards for delivery roles (PMs, BAs, delivery managers).
- Supporting stakeholder engagement through mapping, communication plans, and meeting cadences across regions.
- Coordinating regional calendars, releases, go‑lives, cutover activities, and hypercare periods.
- Ensuring consistent use of tooling standards, ALM conventions, and audit‑ready documentation repositories.
- Supporting vendor and SaaS governance, including SOW tracking, SLAs, renewals, and action follow‑ups.
- Maintaining compliance checklists and coordinating audit responses with Security, Legal, and vendors.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Strong experience in project, portfolio, and governance management within complex, global environments.
- Solid understanding of underwriting processes and IT‑enabled transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to work across cultures, regions, and time zones with executive‑level stakeholders.
- High analytical rigor with exceptional attention to detail in reporting, documentation, and financial tracking.
- Hands‑on experience with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance strategic oversight and operational execution.
- Experience coordinating vendors, SaaS providers, and third‑party delivery partners.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities.
- The ability to ensure ethical AI practices and stay updated with emerging AI technologies will be key to maintaining a competitive advantage.
