Summary of the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in securing the profitable renewal of our E-Commerce portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sustainable growth of our customer relationships. The position offers flexibility to be based anywhere in the Northern Europe Region. 

 

Main Tasks: 

 

  • Own and manage customer relationships post-contract signature, following a successful handover from the sales team.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and collaboration.
  • Drive solution adoption and ramp-up to maximise insurable turnover.
  • Provide expertise to customers on best practices, buyer journeys, and user experiences.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as acceptance rate, turnover growth, loss ratio, and other relevant metrics in collaboration with the customer.
  • Identify and upsell additional services where appropriate to enhance customer value and portfolio growth.
  • Support the scale-up of solutions, including expansion into new geographies or branches.
  • Secure profitable policy renewals by ensuring sound policy performance and achieving retention, rate variation, and volume variation targets.
  • Meet loss ratio (L/R) targets for the owned portfolio.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product change requests and feedback with the central team.
  • Stay informed about customer needs and market trends to proactively address challenges and opportunities.

 

 

What we are looking for: 

 

  • In-depth expertise in E-Commerce and a strong understanding of the market specifics in the Northern Europe Region.
  • Ability to translate market knowledge into actionable initiatives that drive Allianz Trade’s long-term growth.
  • Interest in and knowledge of E-Commerce trends, including Payments, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), Credit Cards, Fintechs, Finance, and Banking.
  • Proven experience in key account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Technical understanding of APIs and technology solutions relevant to E-Commerce.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and delivering value to customers.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop a strong network of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, fostering close connections with internal teams across Group and Regions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
