We are looking for a Graduate in Multinational Programs to join our Allianz Commercial Graduate Program, based in London.

Your Team:

The Allianz Multinational team operates globally, supporting and driving customer excellence in collaboration with local teams across various regions. We are responsible for helping design, implement and service a diverse portfolio of international insurance programs for our customers with a global presence. This involves working with local offices across the world, regional underwriters and brokers and most importantly, our customers.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and compliant solutions that align with our customers’ risk management goals.

The Impact You Will Have:

Based in London and reporting to the Multinational Team Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, including our Multinational leadership, gaining exposure to strategy-setting, compliance adherence and fostering a cohesive global culture.

Day-to-day activities will include:

providing technical administrative support to the Multinational Program Managers for multiple lines of business

handling your own portfolio of International Insurance Programs, managing a range of accounts from end to end

supporting the team with data quality reviews and KPI tracking

collaborating and supporting on global and regional initiatives and events

This is a unique chance to gain insight into how one of the world’s largest insurance companies manages its Multinational business which is at the forefront of Allianz Commercial’s growth strategy.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Recent completion of a bachelor's university degree

You are able to adapt and work effectively in different situations and remain calm under pressure

You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You have a pro-active and positive attitude to teamwork, are able to assist others and take ownership of your responsibilities

You have a curious and creative mindset, are keen to learn and bring the enthusiasm to own and drive your personal development

Able to absorb information effectively from various sources, then analyse, study or examine data in detail, draw appropriate conclusions, and present solutions to others.

At ease with MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, you have an interest in new technologies and AI tools and how they can improve efficiency in day-to-day tasks

Fluent English language skills and additional languages would be advantageous.
