We are looking for a AI Development Senior Associate, based in Munich or London.
Your Team
You’ll join the Global Organizational Management – Process Technology team, a global, cross-functional group driving business transformation through modern AI capabilities and other process technology capabilities. The team works closely with business leaders, regional teams, and technology experts to deliver high impact, scalable solutions across the entire value chain. Collaboration, innovation, and measurable outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
The Impact You Will Have
In this role, you will be at the centre of AGCS’s AI transformation – designing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will help build a platform of reusable AI capabilities, driving adoption, and ensuring that AI solutions are governed responsibly under frameworks such as the EU AI Act. Your work will drive productivity, efficiency, and innovation by turning complex business challenges into AI‑enabled solutions with clear, measurable benefits. You’ll play a key role in accelerating AI adoption while ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with strategic business goals.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include
- Design, deploy, and scale GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions with Data Office, IT, and business stakeholders
- Select the right technologies (GenAI, ML, RPA, process mining, O365) to answer specific business cases
- Lead global AI initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to value realization
- Promote a platform mindset with reusable, scalable AI capabilities
- Act as a trusted AI advisor helping to identify high-value AI opportunities with clear ROI and selecting right solutions
- Own AI roadmaps, priorities, adoption, and KPIs
- Oversee the AI lifecycle, including post-deployment run ownership and governance
- Ensure compliance with EU AI Act and responsible AI principles
What you will bring to the role
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing GenAI / LLM solutions in a business context
- Strong consulting skills, bridging business needs and technical execution.
- Experience owning AI products or platforms end-to-end.
- Familiarity with AI governance, EU AI Act, and responsible AI practices.
- Proven track record leading complex, global initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with agentic AI, cloud AI platforms, or process intelligence (desirable).
- Background in commercial insurance, financial services, or regulated industries (desirable).
- Product-oriented, curious, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial.
