Job purpose/role

 

AIM-COO-DMO is responsible for the architecture and design of investment processes and related data management processes, selection and steering of service providers, project management and budget management. As Business Analyst for Transaction Services you will work with our investment operations teams and IT providers on tools to develop our trading and settlement services. Moreover, the job includes ensuring data quality for internal and external reporting. You will be part of the COO department and report to the head of Data Management & Operations.

 


Key responsibilities

 

  • Manage IT and process changes, from original design to final test
  • Ensure straight-through processing of data through the investment value chain
  • Support selection and administration of service providers for our investment operations teams
  • Supervise selected projects
  • Manage user access rights and payment authorities
  • Main contact and link for data and IT providers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and send out the quarterly AIM KPI report

 


Key requirements/skills/experience

 

  • Strong academic background (university degree in computer science, IT, finance, business administration or mathematics) with focus on finance / investments/mathematics or equivalent professional experience in the area
  • Very high customer and team orientation
  • Personal drive and “getting things done” mentality
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with SAP/IMA, other SAP modules or similar systems, advanced MS office tools and Power BI Suite
