According to the Allianz Risk Barometer, Cyber Risk has consistently ranked as one of the most significant global risks for several years. The primary threats encompass ransomware, malware, social engineering attacks, threats to data integrity and availability, disinformation and misinformation, as well as supply chain attacks.

The Allianz SE Capability Expert Information Security is part of Allianz SE IS Function headed by Allianz SE Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).        

How can you make an impact?

The responsibilities of the Allianz SE Capability Expert Information Security are based on seven capabilities: 
Strategy & Reporting, Policy Management, Steering, IS Risk Management, Project Portfolio Management, Independent Control Assurance, Awareness & Training

The focus of the position lies on implementation of multiple Cybersecurity measures to strengthen then Human Firewall:

• Ensure compliance to GISF (Group Information Security Framework) and local regulatory requirements for Allianz SE, organize and steer local security processes.
• Release Mandatory Trainings for all employees of Allianz SE with annual review and update cycle
• Further develop the ECE - Energize Cybersecurity Expertise presence in Allianz Connect a place for optional knowledge transfer
• Ensure regular communication on current threats and topics of interest across multiple channels (AZ Connect, Viva Engage, MS Teams, ...)
• Plan and execute Phishing Campaigns throughout the year
• Develop and execute Onsite events on campus Schwabing, especially for Cyber Month in October

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Communications or related field is required
• Professional certifications as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Completion of specialized training in Cybersecurity Awareness and education programs and the ability to use tools and platforms for training and awareness programs
• Understanding of Cybersecurity principles and practices and familiarity with Social Engineering tactics and methods
• Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of Awareness programs
• Ability to engage and motivate individuals to adopt security best practices
• Creativity in designing engaging and effective training materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Security Awareness activities in combination of Information Security, Information Risk Management, and Information Technology
• Understanding of international standards and best practices (ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT) and regulatory environment
• High level of reliability, dedication and commitment
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities as well as interpersonal skills
• Experiences in managing projects with multiple stakeholder
• Efficient time management skills, flexibility and ability to effectively manage various priorities
• Ability to establish relationships across all business and functional areas and to identify the Inforamtion Security Requirements and relevant Security Awareness activities applicable to each business area in line with the goals and objectives of the organization
• Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
• Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
