Compliance Portfolio & Financial Controller (m/f/d) at Allianz SE
München, DE, 80802
Who will you join?
You will be joining Allianz’s esteemed Group Compliance Team, a global leader in financial services with a steadfast commitment to integrity, transparency, and regulatory excellence. This team is instrumental in ensuring Allianz maintains a strong compliance posture, adhering to regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions while fostering a culture of ethical business practices.
The Strategy and Steering team within Group Compliance plays a crucial role in shaping Allianz’s compliance framework, driving strategic initiatives, and implementing technological solutions that enhance compliance operations. This team collaborates closely with senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure that Allianz remains proactive in addressing regulatory changes and industry developments.
As the Compliance Portfolio & Financial Controller, you will be the central controller and automation owner for all costs within Group Compliance. You design and govern automated financial workflows, ensure that expenses booked to cost centers and WBS elements in SAP are accurate, correctly allocated, and compliant with internal governance — and you own the governance framework that ensures automated outputs remain auditable and reliable.
The role covers both run costs – recurring expenses such as personnel, training, IT workplace, team events, and operational costs – and change costs, meaning major projects requiring deeper oversight, business-case tracking, and governance support.
You will also own the end-to-end contract governance process within Compliance, ensuring alignment with Third Party Risk Management and DORA requirements.
