Who will you join?
The organization is undertaking a multi-year Finance Transformation to establish a globally integrated, future-ready Finance function. The Head of Change Management – Finance Transformation will serve as the senior leader responsible for defining, governing, and executing the end-to-end change management strategy across all Finance entities. The role ensures that global operating model changes, system modernizations, and process transformations are adopted consistently, responsibly, and sustainably across the enterprise.
This position requires exceptional leadership presence, strategic acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments within a global corporate setting.
How can you make an impact?
Key Responsibilities
1. Change Management Strategy & Governance
- Develop and maintain the overarching change management strategy for the Finance Transformation program, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and Transformation Office governance
- Define and safeguard methodologies, frameworks, and standards for all change-related activities globally
- Establish cross-functional governance forums to ensure disciplined execution and robust oversight
2. Executive Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the principal advisor to senior Finance leadership on change readiness, risk mitigation, cultural alignment, and engagement strategies
- Lead executive-level communication, including program narratives, stakeholder briefings, and leadership alignment sessions
- Engage closely with Regional CFOs, Global Process Owners, HR, and Technology leadership to ensure cohesive execution
3. Organizational Readiness & Workforce Transition
- Conduct readiness assessments and define interventions to ensure the organization is prepared for structural, technological, and procedural change
- Drive initiatives related to workforce enablement, including capability building in digital skills, analytics, process mastery, and new ways of working
- Collaborate with HR on workforce planning impacts, role transitions, and talent development implications
4. Change Execution & Performance Tracking
- Translate transformation milestones into structured change journeys that are tailored to diverse geographies and Finance functions
- Develop and manage KPIs, adoption metrics, and monitoring frameworks to assess progress, surface risks, and drive accountability
- Ensure timely escalation of issues and coordinate mitigation efforts across impacted teams
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading transformation-related change management in a global, complex corporate environment
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) or Organizational Development are advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership in Finance, Shared Services, ERP modernization (e.g., S/4HANA), AI-driven automation, and digital operating models
- Strong literacy in technology trends, data platforms, automation capabilities, and AI use cases relevant to Finance
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations
- Strong command of change governance, communication strategy, and organizational development principles
- Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex topics in a structured, authoritative manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
- Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
