Department description : Operational Governance, TPRM & Outsourcing Function
Key responsibilities
• Assisting in the management and enhancement of Third-Party Risk Management and outsourcing processes
• Supporting the analysis and implementation of operational processes for third-party relationships
• Assisting in the supervision of outsourced operations to ensure compliance and performance standards are met
Qualification
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management, or related field of study
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially on Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in English required
Experience & Key skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Process Management, Contract Management, Third-party Management or other related roles
• Proven abilities to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into operational processes
• Proven experience with AI tools and PowerBI
• Experience in analysing, implementing, and supervising processes
• Ability to develop practical guidelines and templates by combining regulatory understanding with business and process knowledge
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence would be considered as a plus
