Then join us as a Human Resources Intern/Working Student and become a valued member of our Human Resources team based in Munich.
We are searching for a working student/intern who is available for at least three office days per week for a minimum of 6 months. You will support our Human Resources department, which is responsible for all operational HR processes. This will allow you to get to know many different facets of HR work and actively contribute to many topics with increasing responsibility.
What you will do
- Manage candidate applications and pre-selection, as well as the organization of interviews
- Draw up contracts, carry out entry and exit processes and prepare reference letters
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases
- Manage new employee onboarding processes
- Perform HR administration tasks including data and information management; reporting and analysis
- Manage the content of the HR page on the Company intranet page
- Track and record employee training processes
- Offer support with the annual employee survey
- Perform independent assumption of operational tasks in day-to-day business
- Basic understanding of AI applications in HR, such as applicant tracking systems
- Assist with potential HR projects and initiatives
- Contract Management on the SharePoint filing system
What you bring
- A degree in Economics, Business studies, or a degree with a comparable background with a specialization in human resources
- Initial experience and knowledge of HR management and labor laws are an advantage
- Very good knowledge of core Office applications
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and openness to new topics
