The Impact You Will Have

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

You will dive into data and insights, turning complex information into impactful reports and presentations for executive decision-making.

You will support the coordination and execution of projects that drive business performance and operational excellence.

You will conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

You will help plan and organize events, meetings, and workshops that promote collaboration and strategic alignment.

You will maintain and update internal databases and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.

You will contribute to the creation of communication materials that highlight key initiatives and achievements.

You will provide day-to-day support to the COO Office, enabling the team to focus on high-impact priorities.
What You’ll Bring to the Role

You have a current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

You have experience in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

You have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

You have a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

You have fluency in English - spoken, written, and reading.

You have a demonstrated interest in the insurance industry (a plus).

A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization is expected.
Additional Information

Duration: Minimum of 6 months (preferably longer)

Working hours: 38 hours per week

Hybrid work model: You should be available to work from our Munich office at least 3 times per week

You must be enrolled at a university (Bachelor’s or Master’s), or be in a transitional period between degrees (e.g., between completing your Bachelor’s and starting your Master’s) for the entire duration of the internship.
