Who will you join?
You will join the Group People and Culture – Germany Reward & Performance team.
How can you make an impact?
You will:
- Actively steer compensation management and planning for (senior) employees of Allianz companies in Germany incl. the global holding company (Allianz SE)
- Analyse and prepare data based on SAP Success Factors
- Assist in implementing renumeration processes and project coordination
- Prepare various sorts of documents (presentations, results, summaries) for the operational HR functions and the business
- Prepare and carry out internal training sessions
- Process ad hoc enquiries about remuneration
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Affinity for data analysis with corresponding prior knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Power BI
- Add-on, not a must: SAP Success Factors experience
- Project management experience or willingness to undergo further training desirable
- Well organized, able to drive topics forward independently, proactive
- Good knowledge of English and German (interface to Allianz SE and major German Allianz entities) German does not have to be at native speaker level, but German and English at least at C1 level
- Enjoy dealing and coordinating with many interface partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
- Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
