Manager Tax Accounting & Reporting (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will independently manage key tax accounting and tax reporting activities for significant parts of our international real estate portfolio. You will ensure the consistent application of Group IFRS and tax accounting policies while actively contributing to the further development of our reporting standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently implementing and ensuring compliance with Group IFRS and tax accounting policies
- Coordinating and delivering Country-by-Country and Tax Transparency Reporting
- Contributing to the development and standardization of tax reporting processes
- Managing and overseeing external tax accounting service providers
- Leading projects in the area of tax accounting and reporting
- Acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders on all tax accounting matters
- Proactively monitoring changes in tax law and accounting standards and implementing necessary adjustments
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; tax advisor qualification is an advantage
- Several years of relevant professional experience (approx. 6–8 years) in tax accounting and reporting, preferably within a multinational company or the real estate sector
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Strong expertise in accounting for partnerships and corporations under IFRS, German GAAP, and tax GAAP
- In-depth knowledge of balance sheet and consolidation topics
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SAP ECCS; knowledge of GTC is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage moderately complex topics
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
