We are looking for a Personal Assistant (m/f/d), based in our Munich Unterföhring offices. 

 

Your Team  

Global Business Operations and Business Model Transformation is a global and wide-ranging team spanning policy administration, major strategic projects for the company, process improvements, governance, training and performance steering.   

 

The Impact You Will Have 

As the Personal Assistant to the Global Head of Global Business Operations & to the Global Head of Business Model Transformation, you will provide efficient and responsive administrative support to two senior managers. Your responsibilities include managing and maintaining the managers’ diaries and emails, working with relevant individuals and organizations to arrange meetings and prepare agendas, as well as coordinating travel and accommodation requirements for the teams. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

  • Effective management of the managers’ calendars and meeting arrangements 

  • Travel management for 2 global leaders and handling expenses 

  • Filter and answer emails, highlighting any urgent correspondence and maintaining confidentiality at all times 

  • Be the central point of contact for the managers’ direct reports and key stakeholders 

  • Manage procurement administration for the team and follow up invoices 

  • Support the teams across a range of tasks, including organizing team events  

  • Coordinate and contribute actively to projects and initiatives  

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

You are an experienced PA or Team Assistant (or bring relevant organizational experience) used to working an international and dynamic environment. You bring: 

  • Fluent English and fluent German are required 

  • Excellent communication skills, to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders 

  • At ease with MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, you have an interest in new technologies and AI tools and how they can improve efficiency in day-to-day tasks 

  • Able to prioritize, anticipate the senior managers’ needs and be proactive in finding solutions 

  • Organizational skills second to none, able to remain calm and focused under pressure 

  • High level of confidentiality 

  • A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.
