Job Purpose/Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Owner for our Conversational AI team, who is eager to take a hands-on approach in driving our AI strategy forward. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your exceptional expertise in Conversational AI to enhance our platform's capabilities, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry trends and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
You will be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes and propel our AI initiatives to new heights. Your leadership and strategic vision will play a crucial role in advancing our AI strategy, and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Roadmap Ownership: Manage the Conversational AI platform roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Process Optimization: Lead cross-country process optimization efforts to advance AI strategy and improve operational efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure release quality by setting acceptance criteria, overseeing pre-release testing, validating end-to-end processes, and prioritizing epics/requirements for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual plans.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Operational Excellence team on requirement definition, defect triage, and post-implementation stabilization. Investigate client escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely remediation.
• Feature Visibility: Provide transparent feature visibility by curating and publishing release feature lists, and clearly communicating value and changes to stakeholders.
• Proactive Planning: Drive planning efforts by preparing updates and materials for platform checkpoints and QBRs, maintaining prioritization plans, and status reporting.
• Governance Support: Assist governance functions in improving existing processes to ensure AI compliance.
• Trend Analysis: Identify and respond to emerging trends in the Conversational AI landscape, collaborating with group partners to implement timely solutions.
• Ad Hoc Priorities: Address ad hoc priorities from the Board of Management, ensuring swift assessment, coordination, and resolution.
Essential Skills:
• Product Ownership Experience: Several years of experience as a Product Owner, with expertise in structuring complex backlogs.
• Conversational AI Expertise: Experience with Conversational AI platforms and their technical specifications.
• Operational Understanding: Strong understanding of operational processes in sales, service, and claims environments.
• Agile Delivery: Experience in delivery within an Agile framework, demonstrating an agile mindset and a flexible approach to meeting business priorities.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work and communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Dutch are a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help organize and prioritize tasks.
• Team Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team.
