Role Overview:

 

We are seeking a motivated and well-organized working student to support our Protection and Resilience team with program management activities. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, keeping track of activities and deadlines, and helping the team deliver its initiatives smoothly. Alongside classic program management support, the working student will help improve our internal processes, including by leveraging AI tools, and contribute to enhancing our documentation so it reflects the latest changes in the risk framework.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the program management of Protection & Resilience initiatives, helping coordinate activities across different teams and stakeholders. 
  • Help keep track of activities, milestones, deadlines, and pending actions across multiple workstreams.
  • Assist with stakeholder coordination, including preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Support the improvement of internal Protection & Resilience processes, including identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools to increase automation and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of enhancing and maintaining Protection & Resilience documentation, ensuring it stays accurate, well-structured, and up to date.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for team and stakeholder meetings. 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, a science field, or a related discipline. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with data analysis tools or software (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple activities and deadlines at once.
  • A proactive, reliable approach to coordinating with different stakeholders and following up on tasks.
  • Good writing skills and an interest in creating and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Experience with AI tools and process automation tools (e.g. Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Interest in program management, risk management, and operational resilience.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Familiarity with program or project management methods is a plus.
