Become part of a dynamic company and take on the technical management of some of the largest properties in our portfolio. As a technical expert, you will systematically guide our Property Managers and successfully maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders in a challenging environment. You will benefit from the support of a strong network of dedicated colleagues.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively maintain and expand relationships with all stakeholders
  • Manage diverse interests and perspectives in joint projects
  • Oversee external partners in the implementation of planned CAPEX measures
  • Monitor budget usage and adherence to deadlines
  • Evaluate and analyze renovation concepts in terms of planning, costs, and execution
  • Initiate and further develop processes for monitoring delegated operational tasks
  • Develop, validate, and adjust maintenance measures and cost planning, particularly in the creation of property-specific business plans with a ten-year investment horizon
  • Conduct economic analyses and lifecycle-oriented maintenance concepts
  • Ensure the quality of services provided by third parties, including conducting audits and defining and implementing processes and training
  • Depending on the complexity of the construction task: procurement, management, and controlling of external partners in the implementation of optimization and construction measures

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Extensive experience in service provider management, particularly with Property and Facility Managers and service providers in construction and building technology
  • Operational project experience in all phases and solid knowledge in construction technology
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, ideally also in SAP
  • Outstanding communication and cooperation skills in dealing with clients and external service providers
  • Goal and result orientation, as well as conflict resolution and assertiveness
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work in a team
