We are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager (m/f/d) to join our Transformation team at the earliest possible date, based in Munich. The Senior Transformation Manager (m/f/d) plays a significant role in advancing the firm’s digital transformation program by shaping initiatives, driving execution, and influencing cross-functional outcomes.

You demonstrate established mentorship, strategic alignment, and the ability to introduce transformative ideas with precise execution.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and lead change-management efforts.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; independently communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Lead complex tasks, projects, and issues with minimal daytoday management, escalating only when necessary.
  • Oversee implementation of digital tools and process improvements, ensuring operational alignment, rigorous testing, and long-term adoption.
  • Monitor and evaluate transformation initiative performance through data-driven analysis, linking results to business KPIs.
  • Introduce transformative ideas, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving innovation within the function.
  • Influence peers and junior colleagues, shaping standards and best practices within the team.
  • Act as a subject-matter contributor, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the transformation roadmap.

 

 

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP are advantageous.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex transformation projects with limited supervision.
  • Established mentorship capability, occasionally including oversight of junior staff.
  • Strong strategic thinking that aligns initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Ability to introduce transformative solutions and drive innovation.
  • Highly developed project management skills with minimal supervisory needs.
  • Experienced understanding of the business line, firm, and specialized discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence both peers and junior colleagues.
  • Solid changemanagement expertise with proven ability to lead adoption.
