The Impact You Will Have:

Are you ready to make a difference? We're seeking a passionate working student to join our ARC Advisory Services team. In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in crafting cutting-edge training and educational experiences for our risk engineers and clients. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Underwriting Academy to bring your creative ideas to life and ensure our training programs are top-notch.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Create and Innovate: Dive into designing engaging online courses and videos using the latest tools. Your creativity will be encouraged as you contribute ideas to enhance content and transform them into impactful training experiences

Promote and Communicate: Be a vital part of spreading the word about our offerings. Participate in the communication and promotion of new training initiatives and our diverse portfolio

Manage and Analyze: Take charge of our learning management system, ensuring smooth administration and supporting quarterly learning analytics reports

Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with team members to identify new learning opportunities and engage in social learning formats like mentoring and coaching

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

You are in further education in Munich and have a lively interest in the field of Learning and Development. You have a first experience in the Corporate sector under your belt.

Education Enthusiast: You are enrolled in a related field such as educational or learning sciences, Media or similar. Previous experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design is a plus.

Independent and Reliable: You are proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with precision and accuracy.

Communication Pro: Your excellent communication skills in fluent shine through. German is a bonus but not required.

IT Savvy: You are proficient in the full Microsoft suite. Any experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning modules (eg. SAP, Articulate Rise) would be an advantage.
AI skills: A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.
