Working Student (m/f/d) Digital Transformation

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location Munich. The Digital Transformation team is responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization. The team plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various projects aimed at modernizing processes, implementing new technologies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Key responsibilities include project planning, coordination, and documentation, as well as creating and updating presentations, reports, and project documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot. The team offers a dynamic, international and supportive environment, providing hands-on experience in digital transformation projects and the opportunity for professional growth within the field.

What you will do:

• Assist in project management activities, including project planning, coordination, and documentation.
• Create and update presentations, reports, and project documentation using Microsoft 365 (i.e Teams, Copilot, Powerpoint, Excel).
• Support communication efforts by drafting and editing communications in German and English.
• Collaborate with team members to support various digital transformation projects and initiatives.

What you bring:

• Enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong interest in digital transformation and project management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
