Who will you be joining? 

 

This role will provide analytical and reporting support as instructed by Allianz SE Group Organizational Management & High-Performance Organization. This is a team within Group Operations, Organization & Data that drives forward organizational management focused on optimizing efficiency, structure and performance within a company to deliver productivity enhancements globally – across all Allianz Operating Entities (OEs). Productivity at scale is achieved by working jointly with Business Owners (Group Centers and Operating Entities (OEs)) on rolling out transformational initiatives across OEs and supporting OEs in this transformation.
In the area of Organizational Management (OM), focus is on shaping OM role, capabilities, responsibilities and tools and on establishing global OM community to deliver on productivity and sharing the best practices across the OEs.
The High-Performance Organization (HPO) framework includes all Allianz initiatives in organizational improvement and transformation. One aspect of the framework is aimed at driving Agile Organization across the OEs by providing expertise, guidance and consistent KPIs to transform and scale agile way of working and best practice sharing and delivering scalable assets through Group Agile Transformation Office. In addition, the Organizational Streamlining initiative, provides a set of organizational design, streamlining and sizing methodologies to simplify organizational structures in the OEs.
Team also steers selected Group Operations Projects and topics related to the establishment of sound organization with impact on employees (e.g., ASIDM, Global Travel Regulation, IAM Business Roles Taxonomy & Tooling).

 

 

How can you make an impact? 

 

  • Analyze data and compliance status against Group initiatives for Allianz OEs
  • Design, develop, automate and improve reports/dashboards
  • Run data plausibility checks, quality assurance & improvement
  • Utilize verbal and critical thinking skills to gather information and data
  • Make sound decisions based on a mixture of analysis and judgement
  • Collaborate with SE Group Centers and OE experts across Allianz
  • Communicate and work within a geographically distributed team environment and with various levels of leadership throughout the department and the organization
  • Write documentation (i.e., handbooks, guidelines, etc.)
  • Follow up on deadlines, milestones, etc.

 

What are you made of? 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

  • MS Office 365 (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Forms); 
  • Nice to have: MS PowerBI, MS PowerApps, Atlassian Confluence, Process Management and Documentation Suites (e.g. BoC Adonis);
  • First experience with AI tools & prompting (e.g. ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, Deep-Seek & others); 
  • Fluency in English
