Who will you be joining?
The Procurement Development & Analytics (PDA) team is part of Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) and sits within Group Technology at Allianz SE.
PDA provides the framework for a high-performance procurement organization and delivers sustainable value to the Allianz Group. Within PDA, our Procurement Transformation team is responsible for the evolution and digitalization of global procurement processes.
Since 2025, we have entered the third wave of our transformation journey, which focuses entirely on the digital transformation of procurement. Our ambition is to rethink procurement based on five key pillars
- Productivity: Increase automation and refocus people on strategic, value-adding activities
- User Experience: Simplify and modernize the buying experience for both business users and procurement professionals
- Analytics & Intelligence: Leverage data, GenAI, and analytics to improve transparency and decision-making
- Compliance: Use AI-powered automation to detect third-party risks and integrate seamlessly with global TPRM
- Global Reach: Standardize and connect systems and processes at both local and global levels
How can you make an impact?
- Support in organising and coordinating project meetings
- Assistance with documentation, follow-up and status reports
- Preparation of presentations, protocols and reports
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders from purchasing, IT and external partners
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- Fluency in English

- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in digital transformation and AI in procurement
- Structured way of working and strong communication skills
- Very good command of English (read, write and speak)
- Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Available between 16 to 20 hours per week
