ROLE PROFILE

TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the IDS Project Management Community with coordination, communication, and preparation of materials
• Collect, structure, and consolidate information from strategic projects for company‑wide steering and decision-making
• Prepare high-quality presentations and project status reports for project managers, leadership, and other stakeholders
• Track and monitor progress, risks, and dependencies together with project managers
• Engage proactively with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely information exchange and clarity on deliverables
• Work independently on assigned tasks, driving topics forward reliably and with a big-picture mindset

Requirements

• Enrolled university student (m/f/d) in any field of study
• First experience in project management or PMO activities is welcome, but not required
• Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Very good PowerPoint skills and confidence in preparing concise, well‑structured presentations
• A proactive, trustworthy personality with strong organizational talent and solution orientation
• Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably
• Good knowledge of MS Office; Jira knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English and German
• Working hours: 8–20 hours per week (flexible setup)
• Start: Immediately, ideally for at least one year (extension welcome)
