We are looking for a Working Student – Claims Transformation & Capability Enablement (m/f/d), based in Munich.

Your Team
You will become part of the Global Claims community and support strategic initiatives across Allianz Commercial Claims. The team contributes to capability development, Claims Centers of Excellence, innovation, artificial intelligence-enabled learning and claims transformation.

Working closely with the Key Case Management Team and senior stakeholders, you will collaborate across regions and lines of business. This role offers exposure to global claims leadership, international stakeholders and initiatives shaping the future of claims management.

The Impact You Will Have

As a Working Student, you will support a portfolio of global initiatives that strengthen claims excellence, build technical and leadership capabilities, and drive innovation across Allianz Commercial Claims. Your work will contribute to how the organization develops talent, manages complex claims, uses artificial intelligence, and delivers value to clients, while giving you direct exposure to senior global stakeholders.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• You will support the further development and global rollout of Claims Centers of Excellence, including coordination, communications, knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
• You will help deliver Allianz Commercial’s artificial intelligence-supported Negotiation Training Programmed, including training coordination, learner engagement tracking and reporting.
• You will create learning materials, videos, success stories and communication campaigns, and explore new applications of generative artificial intelligence within Claims.
• You will support strategic claims transformation initiatives through project planning, governance, reporting, and progress tracking.
• You will conduct research and benchmarking on industry trends, artificial intelligence developments and claims best practices.
• You will prepare executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, management updates, and internal communications for leadership and employee engagement.
• You will maintain content across Allianz Connect and collaboration platforms, and help organize workshops, virtual events and leadership sessions.
• You will prepare dashboards and reports, analyze participation, engagement and effectiveness of metrics, and provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• You have current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree programme, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Data and Analytics, Communication Sciences, Marketing, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Financial Services, Insurance, Digital Business or a similar field.
• You have strong communication and presentation development skills, with excellent PowerPoint capabilities and an eye for professional storytelling.
• You demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, an affinity for data, and the ability to translate information into clear insights.
• You have an interest in artificial intelligence and digital innovation, with the ability to use artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot in daily work or a willingness to learn.
• You have high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Copilot.
• You have experience with content creation tools such as Powtoon, Articulate, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms, which would be advantageous.
• You demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across an international organization.
• You demonstrate a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style, combined with curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
• You have fluent English language skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Further Information:

• You will be able to start as soon as possible.
• You are available for up to 20 hours per week.
• The preferred duration is a minimum of 12 months.
• The role is based in Munich and follows a hybrid working model.
• Active university enrollment is required throughout employment.
