Job Purpose/Role:

As a Working Student in the Cost Accounting department, you will support our team with operational tasks and contribute to the efficiency of our processes. This role offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience in the finance department of a leading insurance company. You will work closely with the cost accounting team, assisting in monthly closings, master data management, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support for the Cost Accounting Team:

•    Assist with operational tasks, mainly in monthly cost closing (e.g., cost accruals, quality assurance).
•    Manage master data in SAP.
•    Upload planning data to SAP CO.
•    Contribute to process improvements (monthly cost closing, billing).
•    Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications / Key Skills:

•    Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management, or a related field of study.
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficiency in English required.
•    Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

•    Basic knowledge of SAP and data management.
•    Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
•    Proficient in Excel and other relevant tools.

Leadership & General Skills (Mandatory):

•    Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•    Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
•    High willingness to learn and flexibility.
