Would you like to join an engaged and constructive team as an Agile Master and help shape the agile transformation at Allianz Technology? We are seeking an Agile Master to lead a team methodologically, build it up, and further develop it. At Allianz Technology, we foster an agile mindset and a culture of open collaboration, organizing ourselves into Tribes and cross-functional teams. You will work alongside Agile Coaches, Agile Masters of the Sales Digital Workstation (SDW) Tribe, and Product Owners to ensure your team works effectively, continuously improves, and embodies the agile mindset. SDW offers an innovative, user-focused online sales platform developed by approximately 20 international teams. Our Agile Master Community will support you in driving the agile transformation forward, integrating a culture centered on people and holistic value creation, iteratively and incrementally.
What you do
- Implementation of agile methods and events within the team and Tribe in collaboration with Agile Masters, Agile Coach, Tribe Lead, and Tribe Manager
- Support and coaching of the Product Owner in requirement engineering, stakeholder management, and organization of the Product Backlog
- Strengthening collaboration within the team/Tribe and beyond
- Analysis and optimization of team process flows and ensuring quality standards
- Coaching the team on agile values and principles to further solidify the agile mindset within the team and Tribe and strengthen self-organized work
- Active support of the agile transformation within and outside the team
- Accompanying changes, change management
- Active participation in shaping the Chapter “Agile Methods & Culture”
What you bring
- University degree with a focus on computer science, business administration, or similar knowledge
- Deep understanding of agile values and methods
- Practical experience as a Scrum/Agile Master, ideally within a Tribe
- Willingness to take on cross-Tribe tasks (organization of stage planning, moderation of cross-format events, etc.) and to participate and contribute to the cross-organized Agile Master CoP
- Excellent skills in communication, moderation, and negotiation
- Professional English
