Job Purpose/Role: 

 

 

The CRM & Audience Activation Manager will be responsible for transforming customer data into high impact marketing actions, connecting technology, analytics, and multichannel activation. This role maximizes the value of the Salesforce + Adobe ecosystem by driving segmentation, personalization, and advanced measurement strategies that support acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
As a key connector between marketing, data, paid media, and technology teams, this role ensures that our martech capabilities translate into tangible business results.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 


1. Data Activation & Audience Strategy
•    Transform Salesforce CRM data into actionable customer segments based on behavior, value, and propensity.
•    Design and implement audience strategies for acquisition, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing.
•    Oversee audience activation in paid media platforms, including: 
o    Google (Search, Display, DV360)
o    Meta
o    Programmatic / DSPs
•    Optimize audience performance to drive efficiency, ROAS, and retention.
•    Collaborate with Paid Media teams to design data driven omnichannel customer journeys.

 

2. Adobe Ecosystem Lead
•    Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target.
•    Lead both the technical and strategic implementation of CRM campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
•    Design, manage, and execute A/B testing and personalization initiatives through Adobe Target.
•    Provide operational and technical support to marketing teams to ensure optimal use of Adobe capabilities.
•    Validate data flows, platform integrations, and governance practices within the Adobe stack.

 

3. Advanced Measurement & Insights
•    Own the reporting framework using Adobe Analytics.
•    Move beyond click metrics to evaluate full funnel performance, engagement, conversion, and incremental efficiency.
•    Assess business impact, ROAS, and incremental value generated by CRM and audience strategies.
•    Create dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
•    Ensure high data quality and consistency across reporting touchpoints.

 

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Martech Excellence
•    Act as a strategic bridge between Data Engineering, IT, Paid Media, and Marketing teams.
•    Translate marketing needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
•    Ensure the martech stack is fully leveraged to meet and exceed business KPIs.
•    Contribute to the data and martech roadmap, proposing enhancements and scalability opportunities.
•    Promote best practices in segmentation, experimentation, and measurement across the organization.

 

Qualifications


Must-Have
•    4–6 years of experience in CRM, data activation, or digital marketing.
•    Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, or comparable platforms.
•    Strong understanding of audience activation in paid media environments (Google, Meta, Programmatic).
•    Proficiency in Adobe Analytics or similar advanced digital analytics tools.
•    Hybrid profile combining technical capability with marketing strategy.
•    Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Nice-to-Have
•    Knowledge of SQL or data manipulation tools.
•    Experience within digital businesses, insurance, financial services, or e commerce.
•    Background in personalization, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
