Job Purpose Role
At Allianz Direct, we are building a digital, data-driven, and people-centric organization, where People & Culture plays a critical role in enabling business performance and transformation.
We are looking for a People Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to the business, combining hands-on execution with a solid understanding of organizational needs. This role offers a broad and cross-functional scope across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Working closely with business leaders, you will support both operational and strategic people topics, ensuring pragmatic and high-quality HR solutions aligned with business priorities. A key part of your role will be leading and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across both business and technology profiles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and select the talent needed to drive growth and transformation.
In parallel, you will contribute to building and reinforcing a high-performance culture, translating employee feedback and engagement insights into focused, actionable initiatives.
You will also support a more data-driven approach to HR, leveraging tools such as SuccessFactors and exploring the use of AI and digital solutions to improve decision-making and process efficiency.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to the business, is comfortable navigating different HR topics, and is motivated by having a tangible impact on both people experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with business leaders as a trusted advisor, supporting day-to-day people decisions and longer-term organizational priorities
• Drive and implement key P&C processes across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance, development, and engagement
• Take an active role in recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring processes for selected roles and ensuring a strong candidate experience
• Support and strengthen a high-performance culture, translating engagement insights and feedback into pragmatic actions
• Use available data and insights (e.g., attrition, performance, engagement) to inform decisions and identify trends, ensuring a practical and business-oriented approach
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data in SuccessFactors, contributing to reliable reporting and decision-making
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and apply digital tools and AI where relevant
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner, ideally in fast-paced or insurance environments
• Strong background in Talent Acquisition
• Broad HR perspective covering culture, engagement, talent, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors
• Strong data mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Interest and practical exposure to AI in HR
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English
