Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

• Manage and resolve attritional Corporate Third party Liability claims independently and efficiently.  

• Perform coverage assessments, exposure analysis and set/adjust reserves according to guidelines.  

• Proactively manage the claim lifecycle to ensure file quality, timely progress and costeffective outcomes.  

• Lead meetings with brokers, clients, lawyers and experts to define strategy and negotiate settlements.  

• Support occasional crossborder claims coordination when needed.  

• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.  

• Instruct, oversee and coordinate external service providers (lawyers, adjusters, experts).  

• Ensure proper escalation of complex or contentious matters and adhere to authority levels.  

• Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence and claimsrelated market initiatives. 

 What You’ll Bring to the Role: 

• Strong expertise in Corporate Liability claims handling, including frequencydriven portfolios.  

• Deep knowledge of General Liability policy wordings, coverage interpretation and practical application.  

• Solid understanding of legal processes, litigation management and disciplined reserving practices.  

• Proven ability to make timely, wellreasoned decisions in a dynamic environment.  

• A proactive, solutionoriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality outcomes.  

• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders.  

• Advanced analytical capabilities, including strong Excel proficiency.  

• Fluency in Spanish and English, enabling effective communication across local and international teams.  

• The ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and contribute to data-driven decision-making is valuable.
