Claims Travel Support

What you do

As Claims Travel Support your mission will be to supervise and coordinate with local teams and other teams within the group, UATs and other ACM projects underway for the Travel business line in Spain and support in the Southern region, in order to carry out implementations, improvements to the systems used, as well as identify gaps and incidents in their operation, in addition to organising and delivering training to local teams.

Main Functions

• Analyse current processes to assess the possibility of implementing automation, according to protocol (needs, technical specifications, volumes and times).  
• Carry out the corresponding study and functional design, even improving the initial specifications, to offer an optimal solution in terms of usefulness and efficiency.
• Carry out the necessary tests and put the system into production.
• Supervise the operation and quality of the results.
• Carry out monitoring, including both problem solving, for which meetings must be organised, and the development and implementation of changes or improvements (upgrades).
• Support in the region and in the GlobalTravel Lob if necessary

What you bring

• Experience with Allianz Travel business and end-to-end understanding of value-chai
• Past experience on digitalization and automatio
• Experience managing processes with multiple stakeholders, aligning with peers and managing deadlin
• Good level of English - both spoken and written
• Assistance Operations: call center services, service network, back-office actitivies       
• Process management, Process Mining, Operational Controls, Capability Maturity Level Mapping       
• Relevant technology skills: Rapid Automation through Agentic AI solutions, Voice-bot, Chat-bot, Caims automation, AI, RPA and others
• Data Analytics, Data Mining, Reporting, BI        
• Ability to define subdrivers impacted by an initiative, assess baseline, quantify estimated impacts in both time and monetary values. 
• Ablility to interact with senior level management        
• Strong customer orientation and ability to design processes from a customer pespective
