The Senior Lead RSA – Data, Reporting & Pricing Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth across the RSA Lines of Business through world-class pricing, data, and reporting capabilities. Leading a team of 10+ pricing professionals and reporting to the Global Head of RSA Product & Underwriting, this role partners closely with Market, Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and global Allianz Partners business units. The mission is to deliver Technical Excellence (TEX) by transforming underwriting, pricing, and portfolio monitoring through harmonized data, advanced analytics, and scalable global solutions. 

What You Will Do

  • Lead global data initiatives to ensure high availability, quality, accessibility, and transparency of data across all RSA markets.

  • Drive the end-to-end tariff lifecycle for all RSA products globally, including data collection, harmonization, analysis, modeling, testing, and deployment to increase underwriting effectiveness and market competitiveness.

  • Define and steer the global RSA pricing strategy in close collaboration with regional Underwriting & Portfolio Management teams and ensure its consistent execution across all pricing tools.

  • Own and manage the RSA Smart Circle and quarterly 360° business partner reviews, delivering actionable insights and forward-looking predictive performance recommendations.

  • Define and implement harmonized portfolio monitoring and remediation solutions, including Salesforce-based tools and standardized Portfolio Days.

  • Lead the development of a global reporting and portfolio monitoring ecosystem, including datamarts, dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to accelerate decision-making and trend identification.

  • Champion Technical Excellence (TEX) through continuous enhancement of data, reporting, analytical capabilities, and tariff sophistication.

  • Ensure operational efficiency and strong collaboration across regional and global teams by enabling reuse of standardized tools and reports.

  • Act as a people leader by developing, coaching, and assessing talent, providing continuous feedback and structured development planning for direct reports.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in pricing, underwriting, data, analytics, or portfolio management within insurance, financial services, or a complex global environment.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Pricing strategy, tariff development, and portfolio optimization

    • Data management, analytics, and reporting transformation

    • Global tool and process harmonization

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing international teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Markets, Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT.

  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and delivery capabilities.

  • Advanced understanding of predictive analytics, performance monitoring, and decision-support frameworks.

  • High level of business acumen, with a clear focus on profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, multicultural, global organization.
