Senior Lead of PM&I

We are looking for a Head of Market & Ecosystem Intelligence to lead the generation of strategic insights that drive product innovation aligned with market dynamics, partner needs, and real customer expectations.This role will be key in transforming complex data (market, consumers, partners, and competitors) into actionable decisions that define product strategy, value proposition, and innovation priorities at a global level.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Ecosystem Intelligence
- Analyze market size, growth, and trends across key verticals (e.g., utilities, telco, retail, appliances)
- Map competitive, regulatory, and ecosystem landscapes
- Develop country fact sheets and perform ad hoc opportunity analyses
- Identify dominant business models and key regulatory drivers
Consumer Intelligence
- Map customer journeys, friction points, and unmet needs
- Conduct segmentation and behavioral analysis
- Identify trigger events, value drivers, and insurance perception patterns
- Collaborate with global CX and Customer Insights teams
Partner Intelligence (B2B)
- Define and segment strategic B2B partners aligned with market priorities
- Analyze partner KPIs, incentives, digital maturity, and strategic goals
- Provide insight into partner decision-making drivers
Competitive Intelligence & Benchmarking
- Monitor competitors, substitutes, and market value propositions
- Benchmark pricing, revenue models, products, and service delivery models
- Track technological and capability developments across and beyond the sector
Account Intelligence
- Build and maintain strategic account fact sheets
- Analyze stakeholders, competitive positioning, corporate strategy, and operational pain points
- Ensure visibility and traceability of key accounts across the organization
Strategic Footprint & Recommendations
- Identify priority geographies and high-potential verticals
- Define differentiating capabilities and acceptable risk levels
- Provide decision-ready recommendations for product strategy and innovation
- Support business units with targeted insights and opportunity assessments
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing Market Intelligence team
- Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage the Market Intelligence budget effectively
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure scalability and impact
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, or competitive analysis, including leadership roles
- Strong expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with market intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., Statista, Euromonitor, BI tools, AI-powered research tools)
