What you do:

  • Manage the entire personnel administration process, including hiring, reassignment, and termination of employees.
  • Supervise and actively participate in the calculation of salaries, bonuses, additional remuneration, and deductions, including civil and management contracts.
  • Ensure timely payment of salaries and social security contributions.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies.
  • Optimize administrative and payroll processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries related to personnel and labor costs for management.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Finance, for HR data analytics and controlling.
  • Collaborate with external institutions, auditors, and consultants.
  • Maintain and control HR information systems.

 

What You Bring:

  • University degree in Economics, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of core HRM processes, systems, and tools; experience with Hermes and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and management, including MS Office.
  • Excellent understanding of labor and social security legislation.
  • Experience with payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Effective team management and communication skills.
