Senior Financial Controller - Restructuring Cost Management
Job Description: Allianz Technology seeks a Senior Financial Controller to lead restructuring cost management globally. This role involves running approval boards, supporting business case calculations, and deriving necessary restructuring cost demands. The candidate will mitigate negative impacts on non-operational expenses and must possess strong accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
▪Run approval boards for global restructuring costs.
▪Support business case calculations and derive restructuring cost demands.
▪Investigate bottom-up demand and analyze restructuring needs.
▪Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of restructuring costs.
▪Align restructuring cost demand with the group based on standard IRTs
▪
Qualifications:
▪Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
▪Experience in restructuring cost management and financial controlling.
▪Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
▪Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, and financial modeling tools.
▪Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis software.
▪Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
▪Solid accounting experience, including knowledge of financial reporting standards.
