Role Overview: 

The Manager - Project Management & Transformation leads the governance, planning, and delivery oversight of strategic technology and digital transformation initiatives across Allianz Services. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, driving execution excellence, portfolio governance, stakeholder engagement, and the successful delivery of enterprise-wide change and innovation programs. 

  

What You Do: 

  • Lead the governance, planning, and execution oversight of strategic business, operational, and technology transformation initiatives across Allianz Services 

  • Lead and mentor the Project Management team, ensuring effective project execution, resource allocation, collaboration, and adherence to governance standards across the project portfolio 

  • Manage a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, budgets, resources, and expected outcomes 

  • Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to drive process improvements, digital initiatives, operating model enhancements, and organizational change 

  • Establish and maintain project governance standards, including risk management, performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making frameworks 

  • Provide portfolio insights, KPI reporting, and executive-level updates to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making 

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, manage dependencies, and resolve risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of initiatives 

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working 

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization 

  

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage 

  • 7+ years of experience in PMO, project/program management, transformation, consulting, operations, or technology-enabled change initiatives 

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic, operational, and digital transformation projects 

  • Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, business process improvement, and change management 

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization 

  • Experience working with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, SAP, or Workday 

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant certifications are an advantage 

  • Fluent in English and French
