Role Summary
Coordinate and execute FIT & UAT for the Simplifi rollout in the Allianz Benelux, ensuring full coverage of business requirements and smooth collaboration between local business users, central program teams, and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning & Prep : Orchestrate FIT & UAT planning, ensure test cases trace to business requirements, nominate key users.
  • Execution & Defect Mgmt : Lead UAT/FIT cycles, track defects end-to-end, liaise with central teams for fixes, drive retesting.
  • Reporting & Sign-off : Provide quantitative & qualitative progress reports, secure business acceptance & sign-off.
  • Stakeholder Liaison : Serve as primary test contact for OE CFO, Chief Accountant, global test leads, and IT partners.
  • Process & Quality : Enforce SDLC / QA standards, adhere to data-protection policies, support non-functional testing when required.
  • Training & Coaching : Coordinate training for key users; elevate local testing capability and solution knowledge.


Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of SAP / Simplifi finance modules.
  • 5 + years in test coordination or test management on large ERP/finance projects.
  • Solid grasp of SDLC, QA methodologies, defect tracking tools, regression & non-functional testing.
  • Proven stakeholder-management skills in a matrix, multi-OE environment.
  • Comfortable producing executive-level test metrics & dashboards.
  • ISTQB certification (or similar) preferred.
  • Experience within Allianz or other FS organisations a plus.
