About the Role
As a Care Center Intern, you will support the Care Center team in handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer communication, case management, and healthcare support processes within a leading global organization
What you do
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
• Support the team with case follow-ups, documentation, and data updates.
• Assist in coordinating with internal departments for timely resolution of requests.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
What you bring
• Bahraini nationals only 🇧🇭
• Fresh university graduate
• No working experience
• Bachelor’s degree (medical or health-related background preferred).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
