Allianz Trade in Greece is looking for a Marketing Executive to help turn our commercial strategy into clear, visible impact in the market. You’ll sit in our Athens Headquarters, in the Commercial Department, reporting to the Head of Marketing. If you like seeing the full funnel – from brand awareness to lead generation and customer experience – and you want to work in a multinational environment where marketing is closely tied to sales, this will suit you.

 

You will be primarily responsible for the following activities: 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media and social channels, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand objectives.
  • Prepare, adapt, and/or translate marketing content in Greek and English for the website, social media, newsletters, press/PR and internal platforms, ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and branding.
  • Design and adapt visual assets (mainly using Canva) for social media and broader marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Own the LinkedIn content calendar, planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content in line with predefined growth targets, in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, interviews, thought-leadership articles, and other communication materials.
  • Monitor and analyze Customer Experience (CX) KPIs, such as NPS, OSAT, VOC, and DFU (as defined internally), and sharing insights with relevant teams.
  • Support the end-to-end organization of owned events (broker, prospect, and partner events), including planning, logistics, content coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Coordinate company participation in external industry events and sponsorships, managing all pre-event communication, on-site activities, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners (creative, media, PR) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Work intrenally with Sales, Portfolio Management and Contract Management, ensuring marketing initiatives support commercial priorities and go-to-market plans.
  • Manage lead workflows in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data maintenance, proper campaign tracking, and smooth handover to sales stakeholders.

 

You are an ideal candidate, if you possess:

  • 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience across digital and traditional channels, ideally in a multinational or complex-business environment. 
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing in Greek and English.
  • Practical experience on digital campaigns and social media (especially LinkedIn company pages).
  • Good visual and brand sense, with experience using Canva (or similar tools)  
  • Proficient use of MS Office.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Hands‑on CRM lead management experience (Salesforce or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced multinational environment.
  • Experience in event organization.
  • AI literacy: you use tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar.
