About the role
As a Return-to-Work Specialist, you will be responsible in coordinating return to work programs:
- Ability to obtain early return to work outcomes
- Recovery and return to work focus and an ability to influence providers and treating practitioners to achieve return to work outcomes
- Ability to contribute to a positive working environment and team culture
- Flexible approach to claims management strategies
- Proven ability to break down return to work barriers
About you
We are seeking individuals who have:
- A degree or tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field e.g. (Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Counselling/Psychology/Nursing); or
- Demonstrated experience in either personal injury, disability or health industry; or
- Experience in Workers Compensation or Occupational Rehabilitation
Additionally, candidates should possess:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly developed skills in coaching, influencing and relationship building
- A drive for change and continual improvement
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
