The primary purpose of this role is to play a critical role in ensuring reporting for the agency is accurate and timely, work to support projects and initiatives with data analysis and work with the strategic programs team to complete resear to further the development of the Pleasurecraft business.
About the role
- Dive into intricate data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, offering thoughtful insights and empowering recommendations for business enhancement.
- Engage harmoniously with diverse teams across Sales, Underwriting, Claims, and more, nurturing understanding of business goals and crafting detailed performance reports and customer insights.
- Design and sustain dashboards and reports, utilising data visualisation tools to convey findings in a clear and compelling way that resonates with stakeholders.
- Uphold the integrity, accuracy, and security of data by following best practices in management and governance, supporting the Data Steward and fulfilling data delegate responsibilities with diligence.
- Flourish in collaborative environments, both within and beyond formal lines of authority, to achieve organisational aspirations with grace and effectiveness.
About you
- Leverage extensive experience in reporting, analytics, customer insights, and product analysis to support initiatives and programs aligned with business goals and priorities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships and positively influencing outcomes.
- Utilise proven analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret diverse data sets, identifying patterns, trends, inconsistencies, and connections that guide informed judgments and solutions.
- Develop dashboards and KPI reports using data visualisation tools like Microstrategy and PowerBI, presenting data in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Exhibit advanced skills in Excel and Visual Basics for Applications, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
