About the role
- Establishing and maintaining provider management strategies and relationships to support business operations effectively
- Responsible for 104-week Back-at-Work focus tasks (for up to 4 aligned Case Managers) to ensure successful outcomes
- Ensuring a high level of customer service to all stakeholders involved in return-to-work (RTW) processes, emphasizing effective communication and collaboration
- Case conferencing for ongoing claims impacting the 104-week Back-At Work (for up to 3 aligned Case Managers) focusing on resolution and progress
- Initial case conferences (for up to 4 aligned Case Managers) and providing call coaching to enhance team performance and service delivery
About you
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Demonstrated ability to use strategic decision making
- RTW focus and ability to drive outcomes
- Excellent time management skills
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
