SENIOR MANAGER - PARTNERSHIPS AND DISTRIBUTION – CLUB MARINE - NATIONAL

The primary purpose of this role is to head up Club Marine’s Partnerships and Product Distribution across intermediated channels (brokers and dealers). This includes defining and executing our distribution strategy, overseeing a team of state managers and driving business plans to unlock growth opportunities. The role focuses on achieving sustainable, profitable growth while fostering market-leading relationships with key business and industry partners.

• Guide strategic business initiatives that thoughtfully drive growth, profitability and team success.
• Collaborate on high-level decision-making, ensuring performance frameworks and compliance practices are well-aligned and supportive.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, contributing meaningfully to leadership forums and shared goals.
• Champion customer-centric approaches by deeply understanding member & partner needs and continuously enhancing their experience.
• Foster streamlined, efficient processes across channels while encouraging innovation, simplicity, and shared best practices.
• Act as a trusted point of support for resolving concerns, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes. 

About You

• Strong knowledge of boats or the boating industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry with a consistent and dependable track record of achieving goals.
• Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships across teams, clients, and partners through clear and empathetic communication.
• Confidence to make thoughtful, balanced decisions both independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to promoting a customer-first mindset and nurturing a positive, inclusive culture.
• Strong understanding of strategic direction and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to align efforts toward shared success.
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
